By accessing or using the Audiotag mobile application ("the App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Audiotag is a mobile application that allows on-site teams to rename photos using voice commands, attach spoken notes to images, preserve original date-taken metadata, and generate PDF reports. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Credits & Purchases

Audiotag operates on a credit-based system. The following terms apply to purchases:

  • One credit allows you to rename one photo using voice.
  • Credits are purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Credits do not expire and there is no subscription to cancel.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store.
  • Pricing is subject to change. Any changes will apply to future purchases only.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
  • Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Audiotag and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express written permission.

You retain full ownership of any photos, voice recordings, and reports you create using the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audiotag disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
  • That the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
  • The accuracy or reliability of any content generated by the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audiotag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
